God has been telling us from last year that my people need to know me. My people need to know me.

Last year, our Pastor Edem taught us a series called "it is written". We have to open His word and know Him and also know His will for life's situations. God's Word sees us through. At the end of Friendship Sunday Pastor shared from Revelation that we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of our testimony.

On a Sunday in January, God used Sabbath to reveal what it means to be in His secret place and Psalm 91's protection on everyone that dwells in that secret place and dwells in their relationship with Jesus.

Last week Pastor CJ shared how it's important for every believer to have the Holy Spirit of God. None of us can function without His Holy Spirit. We need Him more in our lives than ever. He guides, He directs, He protects, He comforts, He is God all by Himself.

Our first friendship Sunday was themed at displaying our salvation born again testimony. Lots came to the front and testified of how Jesus saves. How He changes us for the good, how He restores, and How He delivers.

During our 1st friendship Sunday, our guest Minister spoke on James 1 and she also mentioned how we love people into the kingdom of God. We must repent and turn away, we must also remember it's His love that leads us into repentance.

Everything happens for a reason and there is nothing called a coincidence. We read His word daily at 6PM and we read the Bible cover to cover every year because we are on a mission to know Him for real. The exact reading of the night before friendship Sunday was the exact reading the minister Jessika spoke on, James 1.

She didn't know nor was she informed. The Holy Spirit of God spoke through everyone yesterday.

Is there someone in your life that still thinks Jesus is not real? Invite them to church but please ensure it's a church that also believes Jesus is real and they operate under the leading of God, not man's. How do you know? You'll know if you are drawing closer to God as you attend each Sunday. Maybe you still don't know and it's ok because we've all been there. We are here to help you and guide you to Jesus. We suggest reading the book of Acts to get to know how church should be. May His presence fill you, may you know Your Creator more and more. In Jesus Name, Amen.
